Issue 3 Pattern: Crochet Cabled Shawl

YARN USED: Wool Addicts Air, 84 % merino & 16 % acrylic, 50g/125m/137yd, shade 011 Ochre, 7 balls.

YARDAGE: 850m/929yds of aran weight yarn.

HOOK: 6 mm / J-10

FINISHED MEASUREMENTS: 175 cm/69” wingspan and 112 cm/44” deep.

GAUGE: 15 sts and 11/12 rows = 10 cm / 4” in htr crochet, after blocking.

Gauge is not crucial to this project; however, it will affect the yardage and finished measurements.

NOTIONS: Tapestry needle, scissors, ruler, pins and mat for blocking, stitch markers (optional)

STITCHES USED: chain, front post double treble crochet, half treble crochet
